HIGHLY PROTECTIVE "OLD SCHOOL" RIDGEBACK
Dalton is slow to accept any human trust must be earned and reinforced. Once bonded he is highly protective of his person. He also is reactive to food and has a very low threshold of tolerance when eating.

Dalton arrived at TIRR Rescue on 11/19/2022. He is a true “old school” Ridgeback. He is very selective of his friends, dogs and humans, distrusts strangers until they prove otherwise and treasures his personal space. He is highly intelligent, loyal and devoted to anyone who earns his trust and respect.
